It is available at the club and a copy will be supplied with your starter pack as an A5 booklet.
If you require a larger copy please either download & print or ask us for a large copy.
This is the application form for joining Hemswell Shooting Club.
Please fill in all pages in full using ink and block capitals and bring to the club with you along with 2 passport type photos and your membership fee.
